Thoughts on Today’s Verse…..
Growing up over the years the world seems to spin faster than it did when I was younger. Everyone is in a hurry, there is not enough time in the day to get stuff done. It’s just crazy if you set back and watch people in their every day lives just rushing to get here or there. This is really bad especially if you are parents with kids. You don’t notice it, but sometimes you don’t have time for your own children. Sometimes there is simply no time to take a breath. If you keep this pace up it will only lead to you being exhausted, both mentally as well as physically. Have you ever thought to just take a moment to close your eyes and just say a little prayer to the Lord, thanking Him for giving you the strength to get through the day. The Lord listens to our prayers, and He responds to our needs to get us through whatever the situation might be. He truly is our strength of our fortress. Trust in the Lord, and He will grant you His peace. Amen

Today’s Prayer…..
Dear Heavenly Father, please help me get through these rough days when I just don’t think I am going to make it. Lord, please grant me the strength and power to just trust in You and be my Rock to lean on so I can succeed. Help me remember, that the real strength comes from You, and I will always trust in You. Amen
